The space
An exceptional 3 bedroom first floor apartment tucked away in a smart modern development set just off the Cowley Road. The property benefits from a private off road parking space with an EV charging point.

Bedroom 1 has has a shower en-suite with a zip link superking bed (twin bed option)
Bedroom 2 has a zip link superking bed (twin bed option)
Bedroom 3 has a comfortable doube bed

There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath next to bedroom 2.

There is an open plan kitchen/sitting room with two sofas , tv and a dining table to seat 4 guests. The kitchen if fully equipped with all the utensils you will need for a self catered stay. There is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 -ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric oven.

Guests have sole access to an enclosed garden that also has a shed that can be used for extra storage for bikes etc.

There are two further 1 bedroom accommodations available on the top floor that can also be rented if you are travelling as part of a larger group.

Guest access
Glanville Road is in East Oxford, and provides easy access to central Oxford with all its amenities including the mainline station to London. It is also near to South Park, Oxford Brookes University Departments, the JR and Churchill Hospitals. The Oxford Tube coaches to London Victoria, Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports leave regularly from London Road.

There is one allocated parking space for guests at the property but it is possible to park on the roadside at certain times of the day.
